As part of our team, you'll work on challenges that both move the needle for our mission and align with your strengths—whether that's AI architecture, UI/UX, reinforcement learning, or data engineering.
We do not want people who are financially motivated. If you're working at Edexia, it should be for the impact, not the money. That said, we compensate our employees on a balance of salary/equity because ultimately Edexia will be YOUR company, not just the founders, not the investors, the whole team is Edexia.
